New Year’s Concert 2013
This DVD is the latest release of one of the world’s most famous classical music events: the New Year’s Concert 2013 with the Vienna Philharmonic under the baton of celebrated conductor, Franz Welser-Möst.

The annual New Year’s Day Concert in the amazing Vienna Musikverein concert hall has been a tradition for more than 50 years;
The program traditionally consists of waltzes and polkas by the Strauss family, Johann father and son as well as Josef and Eduard Strauss. As is tradition, the concert always includes the famous Strauss waltz titled “The Blue Danube” and also the “Radetzky March”.
