The Art of Andrés Segovia, Volume 7
For many, many years during his lifetime, Guitarist Andres Segovia represented the best there is in the performance of guitar music.
Let me start with some illustrations from my Spotify file called “Hank’s Segovia”
In this CD we get to hear recordings of some of Segovia’s favorite composers from Albeniz and Granados to his beloved Bach. The result is superb and wonderful as usual, and it is a demonstration of the great poetry in Segovia’s music.
