Favorite Ravel.
I was transfixed by the music of Maurice Ravel this morning. The second movement from Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G-Major has long been a huge favorite of mine.
This morning I heard this played by Italian pianist Aldo Ciccolini; he is 89 years old now.
