In the world of Guitar performers, Andres Segovia is supreme. When I heard some of this recording, I became aware again of the wonderful musical style and great phrasing that this man brought to his art.
Like Jascha Heifetz, or Artur Rubinstein, these performers fade into the past, but those of us who grew up while they were still in the limelight, will always remember them.
