I’ve been listening to pianist Martha Argerich, and I want to share with you the simple proof that the folks who say that are totally wrong. Just listen to the wonderful syncopation in Beethoven’s Second piano concerto. And watch the undulating rhythm of Ms. Argerich’s body as she plays.
