Every night of this past week, I ended my day with the music of Mozart as performed by the Hagen String Quartet.
This year the Hagen Quartet celebrates its 30th anniversary. Three members of the quartet are siblings and the ensemble has developed and retained a distinctive character.
While I have been watching a concert of three Mozart quartets on DVD, this collection features music by Beethoven.
