Martha Argerich was born on June 5, 1941; Mr Kissin was born on October 10, 1971. As such, Ms. Argerich already had more than 20 years of life experience when Evgeny was born.
Playing Mozart, however, is not about age: it is about the ability of two amazing musicians to bring to the public the genius of a child who was born in 1756, and who’s music the public still adores to this day.
