I listened today to music of Chopin, as performed by French pianist Jean Yves Thibaudet. And while this is,an old recording, my experience was outstanding!
I always enjoy collections of Chopin’s music when they include Etudes, waltzes, a Polonaise, Scherzo, etc. Some collections include only waltzes, and I prefer the variety.
Mr. Thibaudet is a fantastic artist. His accuracy is excelllent, and his interpretations are sensitive and with great depth of feeling.
