Flutist Clara Andrada de la Calle holds solo flute positions in both the Chamber Orchestra of Europe and the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra, with which she frequently appears as soloist.
She has also appeared as a soloist also with Tenerife Symphony Orchestra, Estonian National Symphony Orchestra and the Symphony Orchestra of Castilla & León, with which she premiered the Flute Concerto by Iñaki Estrada, commissioned by the orchestra and dedicated to her.
Clara played as Guest Principal Flutist with orchestras such as the London Symphony, London Philharmonic, Swedish Radio, NDR Elbphilharmonie and under esteemed conductors including Nikolaus Harnoncourt, Bernard Haitink, and Neeme Järvi.
She gave masterclasses at the Royal College of Music in London, at the Buchmann Mehta School of Music in Tel Aviv and at the Conservatories in Valencia, Zaragoza, Badajoz and Salamanca, and worked as a coach for the National Youth orchestras of Barcelona (JONC) and the National Spanish Youth Orchestra.
